Anne Surak has been an art dealer and curator for 15 years in Washington DC and now Indianapolis. She has an extensive background in curatorial work, art consulting, gallery management and design. Before relocating to Indiana she was the inaugural director of Project 4 gallery in Washington DC. Projects there included work for The Washington Project for the Arts, Pew Trusts, Cassidy Pinkard Collier, Forrest Perkins, Gensler, Metropolis Development, KSI Development, and Smith Group architecture.
In late 2014 she brought art + space to Indianapolis to involve the city in a greater, international, artistic dialogue and broaden the scope of work being exhibited and commissioned in the region.
